Scott Kerrigan

Scott Kerrigan is responsible for Ironclad’s accounting, finance, risk management, administration and benefits operations. Scott is the former Vice President and Controller of Recycled Energy Development where he was responsible for many of the company’s accounting and administrative operations, served as the transaction manager for Recycled Energy’s 2013 acquisition of the utility assets at Eastman Business Park in Rochester, NY, and provided due diligence support for project development and acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Recycled Energy in 2007, Scott held positions as Director of U.S. Operations for Composite Materials Technologies, Plc for six years, Vice President of Operations for Medicor Corporation for four years and various roles in commercial finance over a ten year period. Scott received a B.A. degree in industrial design from the University of Illinois at Chicago; an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago; and a Juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
