Brian Gibson

Brian Gibson is responsible for Ironclad’s accounting and finance operations. Prior to joining Ironclad in 2020, Brian was the Controller and FINOP of Third500, LLC (a FINRA regulated Broker/Dealer) where he was responsible for the company’s accounting, administrative and compliance operations.  Earlier in his career, Brian served as an accountant on Nicor’s joint venture to construct two underground natural gas storage facilities.   Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy both from the University of Notre Dame.  He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
