Amy has approximately twenty years of experience in the independent power production sector with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and compliance.  Prior to her current position with Ironclad Energy Partners Ms. Wojtal worked for Recycled Energy Development, EPCOR USA and Primary Energy Ventures.  Amy has a BS in Business Management and Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix
